The etching process allows for ridiculously accurate and well-finished metal processing. I found Tecan after trying in teh region of about 20 companies for quotes. They are quick and cheap. Getting two 'combs' cut for the hirsutio vase as in the drawing you see cost just over £5.00 on a batch of 55 (so 110 parts total). Tooling cost around £65.00 if I remember correctly as its only screen printed.
